Can I use oils and lotions with my Thumper?
No – this could get inside the Thumper and damage it. But you can use it on clothes or on top of a towel.
Do I need to regularly maintain or oil my Thumper?
No. Thumper is maintenance free, constructed with permanently lubricated, sealed ball bearings. No additional lubrication is necessary.
How strong is the kickback on a Thumper?
Thumpers are designed to have very little if any kickback due to the vibration motion Thumpers use.
What power supply is required?
All our Thumpers come with original 3 pin UK plugs and do not require an adapter. They work with any standard power supply outlet, although outside the UK you can of course use an adapter if suitable to change the plug head.
What if I have a problem with my Thumper which needs fixing?
We provide a full aftercare service for every purchase. Not only is the full 2 year original warranty included, but we’ll do our best to fix or address any issues wherever possible for the life of your Thumper – which will last you for many, many years to come.
