About Flow Recovery

Flow is a sports technology company founded by engineers and athletes James Morrison Steward and Levi Liu in 2018.

We were born out of a desire to give athletes access to effective, high-quality & affordable recovery tools that stand the test of time. Since then, Flow has gone on to be one of the biggest recovery brands throughout Europe and Australasia.

As we design and manufacture our products in house, we are able back the build quality of every single device. Each product comes with a two year warranty as a clear sign of this commitment. Our commitment to only using high quality materials promotes sustainability, and we reduce wastage wherever possible.

Having multiple devices allows our customers to choose a device that is right for them, whether they are an Olympian, physio or amateur athlete. We are actively designing more products to release to create even greater choices.
