How to use

We suggest building up use of your Spike Mat so your body becomes accustomed to it. Remember, the spikes are designed to be sharp and dig into your muscles, but cannot harm you. Try starting with sessions lasting around 5 minutes.

Build up use to 15-20 minutes every day. You can use the mat with or without socks, but it is not designed to be stood on, so make sure you’re sitting down. Sit on a chair or on the couch and put his feet on any of the three positions on the images. It should feel “nicely painful” the first 5-7 minutes, and then it turns into a warm feeling. To increase the stimulation can even trample like a cat.
