Our Delivery Services

  • Orders over £50: Free UK delivery.
  • Orders under £50: Standard 3-5 Day Delivery at £3.95; Next Day Deliveryoptional  upgrade for these small items shown where available.
  • Massage tables, inversion equipment, most body massagers: Free Next Day UK Delivery (if ordered before 12pm). Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. Optional – leave a note on your order for your preferred delivery day.
  • Not in to receive delivery? You’ll receive a card with information on about re-delivery. Some items may arrive separately.
  • Outside mainland UK? Read below.

Free Overnight UK Delivery

We always deliver free of charge for orders over £50 to the UK mainland (Scotland excluding Highlands, England, Wales). For orders under £50, there is a small charge at checkout.

All massage tables and large inversion therapy equipment (including Gravity Boots) will be delivered to you the following working day via an overnight service within mainland UK if the order is placed before 12:00pm on the day before delivery. In the very unlikely event that we are unable to get the delivery for you the following day, we’ll endeavour to let you know right away, although 95% of next day deliveries arrive on time.

Some items can be delivered before 12pm on your delivery day – this option will be shown automatically for an optional small cost at checkout.

Unless we can combine small items with a larger item which can be sent overnight, smaller items may be sent separetely via standard Royal Mail / TNT 3 Day delivery.  Different small items may be sent in separate packages. Please allow 3-5 days for all items to arrive.

Orders under £50.00 have a small delivery charge of £3.95 and will usually be sent by Royal Mail / TNT 3 Day. Some items under £50 can be delivered next day if needed, and this will be shown at checkout if available.

Massage chairs take around 2-3 weeks to deliver from the date of order. We will contact you after receiving your order to arrange a suitable delivery date.


Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Lewis, Orkney etc

There maybe a charge to Northern Ireland, crown dependencies and the other islands or remote areas within the United Kingdom depending on the size and value of the product. Please contact us via email at support@bodymassageshop.com for a quote prior to checkout with the items and full address if you would like to confirm a quote for delivery before checkout, and we will get straight back to you.


International Delivery – within Europe

For international delivery within Europe, there is a charge of approximately £30 which is applied at at checkout and covers most of Europe.

Small islands or countries outside the EU may cost a little more to deliver. Again, please contact us via email at support@bodymassageshop.com with your full address for a quote.

Please allow approximately 5 days for delivery.

Some large items sent abroad which require a specialist delivery service (e.g. the Teeter Power VI inversion table) may incur an extra charge. Please contact us via email at support@bodymassageshop.com for a quote prior to checkout with the items and full address if you would like to confirm a quote for delivery before checkout, or we may need to contact you after checkout to let you know the extra charge.


International Delivery – outside Europe

For delivery destinations outside Europe please contact us via email at support@bodymassageshop.com for a quote prior to checkout with the items and full address. We will provide a quote by searching the cheapest quote with several delivery companies.

Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for delivery.

Don’t worry, we don’t overcharge for delivery, don’t make a profit from delivery, and where possible subsidise the cost ourselves.


Delivery Times & Address

A signature will be required for most items, and someone will need to be in to receive your deliveries. Unfortunately, it is at the delivery driver’s discretion as to whether or not your order can be dropped off at a specified location, or with a neighbour, but we’ll be happy to pass on any delivery notes, and often it is not a problem. We’re not usually able to specify as delivery time, as this is handled by the delivery companies.

If you miss a signed-for delivery, you will receive a card through the door with information on how to rearrange delivery.


Bulk orders and quotes

Affinity Helena, Diva-Prima and Sports Pro

These large items are available for kerbside delivery. Try to ensure you have help to handle the double pallet item into your property. Please allow 4 working days from time of order for delivery and advise required delivery date after this on your order at checkout, or let us contact you after placing your order. In most cases, we can get your order delivered quicker than this.


How do customs charges work with my international order?

Your order automatically includes any relevant sales tax, delivery costs with our couriers, the cost of the product and instructions for delivery. In some countries outside the EU or where there is not an arrangement with the UK, your country may charge a customs tax. Usually you will be notified and asked to pay your country’s tax (if required) or confirm delivery separately. In some countries when ordering medical goods, you may not be liable to pay customs duty, or you may be able to claim it back.


Delayed Deliveries

We will attempt to deliver your items as soon as possible and as close to the expected delivery date as possible (unless you have specified a preferred date with us) but all deliveries are subject to availability and potential delays for reasons outside of our control. In the unlikely event a delivery is delayed 21 days beyond your order date and you have not agreed an imminent future delivery date with us later than 21 days after your order, you have the right to contact us and request a refund.
